1. You need a couple more nanoxite stones. One you missed is in the sandstone caverns, and for the second you need to get past it (it looks like you didn't find the exit on the black level, which you need to do first).
2. You'll need to catch up with that miner who you rescued from the sandstone caverns. Hint: he didn't quite have the strength to walk all the way back to the cargo ship takeoff point.
