FQ2 -Mapping Problem

I've just plain never been able to do a decent job of mapping anything even when it was well-lighted. Now I'm in the dark caverns with a disintigrated sun stone and totally lost!! HELP. 2 questions: Is there an on-line course in mapping I can take? :^) Isn't there some way out of having to map this stupid bunch of cave rooms myself because I will screw that map up without fail. Any help will be much appreciated as I really would hate to have to give up after having come so far. Thanks, Bonkers
