There's one major thing you have to do before a third job is available, and there's actually a number of things you have to do before that. Here are two things you can start with:

1. Read up on the database information on your computer terminal. It doesn't look that does anything, but it triggers the availability of a conversation topic soon.

2. You found a peryolitium shard recently, right? Remember anyone sitting around that would like to get his hands on one?
