How do I get to the third floor in the tower? I've tried everything!

I have: 5 Onions
Crown of Destiny
Bottle Opener
Pliers
Sword

Sack
Float Ring
Cross
Iron Support
Sunstone

Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Coconut
Red Potion

Silver Key
Bucket of Sea Water
Huge Ladder
Green Potion
