2 Tree Branches
Sack
Small Silver Coin
Silver Key
Nail
Float Ring
Sap Tap
Bucket of Sea Water
Roc Feather
Coconut
Blue Rubber Ball
Pliers
Iron Support

I can't get past the ogre, get into the tower, get past the gate south of the wall, and past that gate north of the volcano (is that the same gate??) I have fed the sap to the dog, have gone out to the island, went through the gardens, been in the fortress in the gardens, and have tried the small silver coin in the dispenser several times at the tower. What now? What did I miss?
