I'm sorry, I don't know where I go to work on the conduit and booster puzzles. Do I need maintenence room access? Is there a certain place I need to be?

Also, I can't get the rubber tubing out of the ceiling to fix the kitchen vents. The vending machine is also making me tear my hair out.
