I am fairly new at adventure games. I am stuck. I seem to be missing a number of things. A crown for one. Any help as where to look? A hint for the clown's nose would be great as well.

My inventory:
20 onions
2 tree branches
small silver coin
silver key
nail
float ring
tap
bucket of sea water
fishing net
coconut
blue rubber ball
pliers
iron support

the ladder fell apart north of the volcano
