FQ2: sunstone, sick tree & crown of destiny

Hey,
I seem to be stuck. I have helped the indian and the mermaid,found the clown and centaur (plus sick tree), killed ogre/vampire/sphinx/flatcat/lion (not beefhead yet but have preserved him). I have searched the gardens, been to the castle, remote island.

I can't find the sunstone, or the crown of destiny anywhere. Also, how do I heal the sick tree? Please help.
