you no longer need the gardner. you already have the spade. you don't really need the map now. but to get it you have to go into the maze and find the raffle ticket, take it to the police and give the ticket they give you to the housekeeper. you need to go up to the third floor and find the machine to put the cog wheel in and use your gold key.
