Are you sure you've tried everything to get out? Examined everything possible? If that's not working, try just doing only one action before trying the doors again (ie, only flip one switch before trying the doors.) If it helps, keep a list of what action you've done and all the doors you've tried to get out at. Like everything else in this game, practice makes perfect.
