To get in your car, you will need to play soccer and get in a fight during the game. You appear to have picked up the right tennis shoes; now you need gym shorts and a T-shirt.
For the T-shirt, you need to sneak into the one place on campus where you can play nurse - literally. (Just need to wait til the receptionist is distracted...)
For the gym shorts, you need to find and join a protest, then escalate it into a stampede.
