I tend to wonder about the origin of website names. Some, such as RinkWorks, are not always immediately apparent. Now I run across Wikipedia.

Wiki in Hawaiian means "quickly." It is common to say "Wiki wiki" in Hawaii when you mean "Hurry up," "Get the lead out," etc. So I wonder if Wikipedia is some kind of quick encyclopedia.
