Can't get in the tower-FQ2

Here is my inventory

You're Carrying:

Sack
Crown of Destiny
Bucket
Coconut
Iron Support

Small Silver Coin
Float Ring
Cross
Blue Rubber Ball
Sword

Silver Key
Sap Tap
Roc Feather
Pliers
Sunstone

I found the other nine coins and gave them all to the old lady. She said sixteen twice and I have no idea what that means. I'm thinking that I need to defeat the fire drake to get into the tower, but I can't defeat him. He is annoying me almost as much as the dragon in GOA did. Thanx in advance.
