This story and this thread bring to mind
another news story I heard about several
months ago, from my own state. Seems
there's a little town up near Columbus called
New Rome that pulls in almost all of it's
income by giving people speeding tickets,
and most of the money goes to the police
force. But the crazy thing is, the town's so
small it's main street is only four blocks long!
