I have just done the boosters and I have caught Delphine, but i can't find what to do next because I can't get the wrench for the power conduit or three more rubber tubes. I have tried going everywhere and talking to everywhere, I have:

leather briefcase
employment papers
id card
passcard (CQ60537)
supply room card

business card
crowbar
light tube
metal plate
radio receiver

fire extinguisher
pet snacks
washcloth
plastic cup
round pot

small mirror
gold necklace

Please help me!
