Please help, I know I have to get the ladder to get up the tree, and all the posts say to get it from the maid. The only thing is...every time I see the maid, she is being shouted at by the Housekeeper. Any hints? PS I gave the Housekeeper the voucher to cheer her up, but she won't stop yellin' at the maid.

Inventory Items are:
Acorns (for the pig)
Lavender
Spade
Iron Key
Silver Key
Pocket Knife
Tourist Brochure
Stone Head
Translated Papyrus
Birdseed
Map of Brackly Hall
Map of the Maze
