I imagine that the idea is to make you think it's an alcohol-promoting shirt until you see the back. A kind of appropriation of secular pop-culture-ish sorts of things and using them for religious messages; that is, targeting specifically people who would agree with the front of the shirt to have their attention for the "plot-twisting" back. I find it somewhat comparable with the "Soul Survivor -- Outwit, Outplay, Outlast" shirts, not so much for the "you think this shirt's about this but it's actually about this" as for the use of basically secular ideas people wouldn't think to associate with religion and using them against people's expectations for religious message.
