Yep, and the third flick has more individual changes than the other two combined. All the alterations work (as before, mainly in keeping the movie under 3 1/2 hours edited), but i still wasn't a fan of all.

Regardless of alterations, it's a mammoth visual experience. Oliphaunts rock, there are some great camera angles, and even the orcs are uglier than previously.

And i must now recommend not going into premieres until five minutes before, so that you have to sit on a corner of the front row--after you get used to the perspective about 15 minutes in, it just makes everything look bigger.
