Well, yes, that's mentioned in that same journal entry. What I meant was regarding how the actual word came about (i.e., was Sam thinking of ice rinks, was it based on some other name, or was it just a name that he thought up spontaneously?) A lot of the fictional names I come up with are by the latter method, so I suppose that might be all there is to it.
