I mean really: more then half of his current toys should not be used by under three-year olds. It seems that babies under 3 should sit in bed and play with rattles and plush animals all day for them to be safe. When my cousin asked a saleswoman in a toystore what should he get for my brothers 2nd bithday she offered him just stuff like rattles. Geez, he hasn't played with those things since he was 1. It seems anything else is too dangerous for him.

Yes, Little Grish had some little cars given to him on his second birthday I think. Before that he had several cars that were mediem size. Look for a toy that you think your brother will like. Make sure it has no removable parts. Sometimes cars have removeable tires even though they seem large enough. You want plastic tires that don't come off. (instead of rubber) The toy itself should be as big or bigger than his fist. Usually that is big enough so that the toy won't go all the way in the mouth. Other than that watch especially at first and make sure there are no lose parts that could come off in his mouth. Other ideas besides just cars: board books, musical toys(mini keyboards, fake radios, fake phones) Toy trains. Hope this helps...
