I was working on a Big Wheel* today and had a dozzy of a time getting the caps off the ends of the back axle. I wound up disecting one of them with a multitool and a cut off disc. Is there a secret to removing them? I'm talking about those little hat-shaped steel caps that push on easily but won't come off with pliers, screw drivers, electric drills or dyn-o-mite. There has to be an easy way. You can't pry on them when they are on a plastic wheel. I have a little-red-wagon project that has been on hold for some time because of those little buggers.
