Rubber tube problems (POA)

I think I'm near the end of the game, but I can only seem to find two of the rubber tubes: the one in the OSM tube and the one in the storage room. I know there's one I can get from the ceiling near my living quarters, and I seem to have gotten rid of the bugs there, but I can't reach it. For the record, I've explored the sandstone caves and tried to map them, but the latter only confused me; I'm terrible at visual things. Can anyone nudge me in the right direction?
