1) Post your inventory. All I can guess is that you still don't have your ID card but you got the dragon costume. We're not psychic, and these games are highly dependent on inventory.
2) You can't leave them ANYWHERE til you get that ID card. To do so will require getting some gym clothes and playing a game of soccer.
