Actually there was a storyline, but it was a minor part of the play. The Cats were meeting in the old theatre to decide which one would get to go on to another life. That sound like a minor point when you condider that cats have nine lives.

One comment that we heard in the lobby was that people who saw it in London thought the Crossville, Tennessee version was better! I didn't hear it compared to New York.
