Well, have you tried searching for back messages concerning the conduit job? You might find sth that will help, I did. If not, here's a hint:
the East and West sides have to have the same side(outside/inside), but different ends of the pole for each latitude.

The longtitudes are exact opposites. Say 1E is North Outside, 26E will be South Inside and so on...Hope this helps
