Try _Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?_. If you like that, read _Ubik_.

Keep in mind I've only read four of the guy's thirty-six books. There could be way better ones out there than the ones I've read.

But if you're picky, stay away from _The Man in the High Castle_ unless and until you become a PKD fan. While it's held up as his best novel, I found it boring in places and the ending is non-existent.

As for me, I think my next PKD outing will be either _Flow My Tears, The Policeman Said_ or _The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch_. We'll see.
