This reminds me of an episode of a show i cant quite remember the name of, it had Allen Thick and Kirk Cameron....
Kirk's charactor was watching TV and flipping through channels and was awed that the shows continued on as he wasn't watching them. He turned to his dad that just came in the room and was watching kirk become paranoid and said dad the world goes on without me.

I have that and similar thoughts now and then. One of the most resent was if a person went back in time and wanted to chang history and succeded then came back, history would already have been changed so he wouldn't want to go go change history so history would never be changed in the first place.

Using the grandfather paradox, if he went back in time and accidentily killed his grandfather, he wouldn't exist so he couldn't go back in time to kill his grandfather so he would then still exist.

Another thought is are we all just someones dream, and when they wake up we all cease to exist? These all may be odd thoughts but there fun and interesting nonetheless.
