Scott Peterson was arrested because they found traces of his DNA on Laci's body as well as on the body of her un-born child. Since Laci and Scott were husband and wife, it is understandable how his DNA could have been found on her body...but on the body of the child?? Come on now. Might as well throw the book at the guy, unless he can explain how his DNA was found on the body of a baby that had yet to be given birth to. Also, I'm sure it was more than a coincidence that the bodies were found close to the same spot where Scott Peterson was fishing the day before Laci's disapperance...miles and miles from their home.

You got something really confused here. DNA was found on remains of the baby, and that proved that Scott Peterson was the father. If someone found your body, it would also have DNA from both of your parents. Babies are made up of DNA from two parents. If the baby hadn't had Scott Peterson's DNA, it would have proved that he wasn't the father.
