I am a Canadian University student at a large uni in Western Canada. I know quite a few students from the States, and as far as I know the most hostility up hear (Anti war Canadians being rude to people from the states) has been in the form of drunk dorm stuff.
So I guess if it is happening it is going both ways.

(there have been a couple loud arguments - very close to fights - in the dorm I live in over the issue)
