I am carrying

16 bronze coins
9 red gemstones
1 black gemstone
6 red apples

Guards sword
Stone of strengthening
Food rations
Rope

Tinderbox
Torch
Wire clippers
Key of opening

Portrait
Clear focus stone
Crate
Hammer

Map
Magnifying glass

I know I have to tie the rope around the battlements but I cannot climb down as the guard always stops me. I cannot get into the kitchen as the serving girls always stop me.

Help!
