Have you any dead characters? If not you won't see RESURRECT listed. Only the spells which are useful will be listed. Also, are you in combat? Resurrection is too difficult to manage while in battle (I don't like that limitation either, but there you are). Note also that when a character is resurrected by magic, as well as the 50% chance of losing a point of vitality (as mentioned in the docs), he is restored to 1 hit point - you'll want to cast RESTORE immediately (or resurrect the lot and cast HEALTH).
