Were you forced to put it back in order to get OUT of the OSM tubes? The doors lock automatically and won't open til you replace the rubber tube.

There's only one section of the OSM tubes you can successfully take a rubber tube from, and that's because you can jimmy a certain door in it to open.

If you've dealt with that already, then maybe it's a glitch. Check the kitchen to see if you already installed some of the tubes.
