You could try Ad Critic. If there's a web site out
there that has more stuff about TV advertising,
I don' t know what it would be.

Of course, it's not free anymore. Apparently
you have to sign up for at least a year's
subscription, and at $69.95 it's pretty pricey.
The only other thing I can suggest is to hop on
Google and run some searches for Tim
Hortons.
