The 2 big problems with Minority Report were a) the product placement, which was excessively intrusive, and b) the death of Colin Farrell's character - his character has it all pretty much figured out, goes to confront the baddie and...basically hands him a gun with which to end his righteous butt.

Characters suddenly behaving in a manner contrary to their better instincts/knowledge in order to crank the tension really annoys me in films. There was no reason why Colin Farrell couldn't have confronted the boss, cuffed him and had Precrime shut down, other than it would have made the movie 20 minutes shorter.
