I've had maple soda. It's actually not bad - it's very light in flavour and texture, and has rather nice maple undertones. It's a bit too sweet for me, but that could be easily solved by increasing the carbonation a bit (and since I've had only one kind of maple soda - which didn't come from Zeb's - that may well not be a universal problem).
