The last time I moved house I hurt my back digging up the foundations.

Man, those sheep must be really dangerous if that's what you need for home protection in NZ.

The year I moved from Essex back to Nottingham I carried my entire belongings with me in a single go - however this did include a mini tower PC with ancient monitor (the glow of the valves is very comforting, I think), all of my clothes and climbing gear in a massive holdall, a big rucksack full of books on my back and a medium sized rucksack on my front full of assorted junk that I could rest my chin on while I walked. It took me a good forty minutes to walk the ten minutes to the train station (luckily I got picked up by family at Nottingham), and I had bruises on my shoulders for weeks afterwards from the pressure of the straps.

Good luck with the sales and the move.
