I think you all are taking that nosebleed thing a little too lightly. Medical science can fix stuff like that. WMM had that problem when she was 20. The doctor removed a tiny little vein from her snoot and she has had no problems since. (She's at least 39 now.) They probably have methods now that are easy to do and completely painless. It was no big deal in 1956.
