If I could choose when to go, Jerusalem. During either Pesach/Chag HaMatzah (Passover/The Feast of Unleavened Bread) or Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles/Booths). I'd hope to be able to pay for one more day there, if I could. If not, at least I got 7 out of 8 days.
