So I put that one back, but I figure I can always get one another time, and maybe I will. After a search on the Internet, I learned that Leen was right. It's a red wine punch made from red wine and fruit juice (usually orange juice, it seems) and carbonated water.

Sangria-flavored pop was mildly popular back home in rural Oregon, probably because the area had significant cultural influence from Mexico. On the other hand, I haven't noticed it here in Texas, which sometimes seems to be a part of Mexico. I've had (carbonated, nonalcoholic) Sangria many times, and liked it. I'd choose Sangria over 7-Up. Cola is better.
