Alec Trevalyen was pretty cool, presented as a reflection of Bond, but Scaramanga wins the day - unstoppable assassin, terrible gold tracksuit, incapable of sprinting or doing anything more strenuous than a forward roll.

Favourite Lackey - Oddjob. Or Xenia Sergevia Onatopp. It's quite tough to choose, really - they all have appealing qualities, except perhaps for Grace Jones. (shudder)
