Disclaimer: I did this all on my own, if there is another post which has this data on it, I didn't copy it, but actually worked to find this stuff out.

Okay, the only difference in Trail of Anguish is the differences in teachers... and therefore the differences in tasks, and the differences in the end game.

As you know (if you've played it) at the end you need to somehow get onto the bus Hennus is on, then make a hole in the roof. Therefor there are two categories of objects to receive from the choose able teachers (Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology):

-1. Objects to make a hole in the bus
-2. Objects to get to the bus

When you pick the two teachers, whosever task you finish first will get you the number 1 object (Objects to make a whole in the bus). The objects of this type are:

-acid
-remote control plane
-chainsaw
-sledgehammer
-nanocritters

After you complete the first task, the second teacher will give you the number 2 object (Objects to get to the bus). The objects of this type are:

-jetpack
-parachute
-ten foot ladder
-rope
-silly putty

Okay, so now that you know the two types of objects and what they are, who do you get them from?

-Chemistry: acid, jetpack
-Economics: remote control plane, parachute
-Psychology: chainsaw, ten foot ladder
-Mathematics: sledgehammer, rope
-Physics: nanocritters, silly putty

Okay, so now that you know the two types of objects, what they are, and who you get them from, what do you need to do for them?

-Chemistry: This paranoid teacher needs you to blow goo on his "enemies'" cars in all 6 parking lots... can you do it?
-Economics: This inexperienced cowboy wants you to make 150 credits at the fair... can('t) you do it?
-Psychology: This amusing teacher wants you to humiliate a jock on tape... err... record a guy from the "tough guy" Hall admitting his greatest fear... can you do it?
-Mathematics: This pathetic schizo teacher can't pick up his own mail (the invisible bees will sting him), and wants you to get it... can you do it?
-Physics: This disturbed teacher is literally pulling his hair out over the scratch scratch scratching of a mouse next door, and wants you to kill it... can you do it?

Well that's about it... enjoy the game!
