We went in May and the weather was beautiful. High 60's all week but still enough snow to block some roads even in southern Alaska. I'd love to go back in February and get in on all that SNOW! :-)

We went right after the railroad tunnel to Whittier was opened up for automobiles. That was a great little town. Squished up between the mountains and the ocean. Perfect.
