Well, I read it all, but I don't need a metal. I went through some of that same stuff when I was a student. I once shared a two room apartment with three other students. Later, I rented a whole room all by myself.

But in those days, I guess they hadn't invented co-oping yet. I worked and went to school at the same time. A typical day for me was up at 4:30 a.m., arrive at work at 5:00. Leave for classes at 8:00, leave school and go back to work at 3:00, work until 6:00. In the evenings, I sometimes had to cover a city council meeting or a ball game and that usually went from 7:00 to 10:00 or later. Did you notice the absence of terms like "eat," "sleep," "study," and "social life" in that schedule?

I finally got married and moved into a trailer in the campus trailer park. My wife was a good typist and editor. With neater papers and such, my grades went up one full letter. She cooked, and I gained 20 pounds in six weeks. That was good, because I was six feet tall and 138 pounds when we got married. I hope I never have to live in a rented room again. Hang in there, it will be worth it someday.
Howard
