Okay, I've tried to throw the bucket of water on him but the game won't let me. Do I need anything else to do this?
Inventory:
12 Onions
Silver Key
Sap Tap
Roc Feather
Pliers

Sack
Crown of Destiny
Bucket of Sea Water
Coconut
Iron Support

Small Silver Coin
Float Ring
Cross
Blue Rubber Ball
Sunstone
