Of interest: I also read another news article I don't feel like looking for that said Cheney is going out to South Dakota to speak on behalf of someone, and that they are not making it into some "cheap" official visit, and that the local whoever (probably the state party) is footing the bill entirely. Oh, and I didn't bother looking to see if Bush went and visited a school or something "official"-like.
