Ports of call, part four

Date: Sunday, November 3, 2002, at 18:50:55 We made a stop in Georgetown, Grand Cayman. Nice place. The water is clear, people are friendly, beaches perfect, and the weather was perfect. We were there a couple of years ago and it was like that then, too. This time we took a van tour along Seven Mile Beach out to the town of H&ll and the nearby turtle farm. I spelled H&ll that way so it wouldn't get firewalled, no pun intended. It got that devilish name from a rock formation. The people in the giftshop were dressed in red and had horns. It was cooler than I expected. |
