The headaches I get are usualy pretty minor so usually I just live with it and don't bother to take anything. On the other hand they're often pretty much constant. They come from different sources: eyes headaches, noise headaches, stress headaches, headaches because my teeth are wrong. Usually I can tell which is which and try to deal with the source. If I ran off and took something every time some part of me hurt I would constantly be swallowing pills.

And if it's not my head it's my knees or my feet or my back...

So I just picked my favourite painkiller even though I use something different for different kinds of pain.
