I get headaches a lot, some I am sure due to stress, others to physical exaustion (I rarely get enough sleep), and others due to eyestrain from a combination of corrective lenses and hours of staring at a monitor. They are usualy fairly mild and I have grown to where I just live with the mild pain. I don't like to take medications all the time and the only thing I take regularly is Zyrtec for my allergies, because whenever I get off of it for more than a month they come back full force. I take tylenol and ibuprofin only, and only when my headaches are worse than normal, or when I have other pains (back and neck pain are common in my family)

I hate all of you peoplw who don't get headaches :D
