When I used to work at the roller rink, I saw skates like those. As well as He-Man, Cabbage Patch Kids, Power Rangers, and others. I always wore one of the 2 sets of 13s, though, which were plain. You don't get much in the way of skates that are merchandising for a toy/cartoon/whatever once you get out of the child sizes.
