What you could do along those lines is to cut off the ventilation/air flow where you live. My first year of university I was in a residence with no ventilation -- after a few weeks, I started having frequent nosebleeds. I remember one in particular, since it started just after I woke up, having dozed off in my English class. The person sitting next to me -- one of my floormates -- thought the situation was quite funny.

So I would think that people in dry/unventilated environments would have the advantage in this contest. For the record, I haven't even been on the scoreboard, so to speak, for over a decade.
